- Conduct assessment/study & preparation of Pre-feasibility report for setting up of power generating station using Municipal Solid Waste.
- Preparation of pre-feasibility study on power generation using MSW in/around the city and suggest suitable technologies.
- Preparation of detailed project design for a processing facility for conversion of Municipal Solid Waste to energy.
- Construction of project related other infrastructure on site such as water lines, drainage line, stormwater drains, watchman quarter, etc.
- PFR should include technical and financial parameters required for determination of tariff for such projects.
- Assessment of environmental and social viability.
- Site visit and data collection.
- Quantitative and qualitative assessment of MSW.
- Evaluation of the existing performance of the facility.
- Identification of gap in existing solid waste management system.
- Preparation of PFR.
